The internationally renowned and eldest Bengali writer, Sir Nirodchandra Choudhury, has written extensively in Bengali, and his works have never been unambiguously accepted by readers. At times, the readers were moved by his work, swayed between joy and disappointment, sometimes uplifted and at other times unsettled.
