In a small tailoring shop, the traveler creates buttonholes for shirts. In the evenings, he sometimes goes to the lake. It is there that he sees two brothers, Sourasen and Anjal. Through Anjal or Zulu’s eyes, we see one aspect of the story. We see Soura’s story from 1983, where everyone sees him as a hero. On the other hand, we also see the story of another girl, Bela. Bela likes Zulu but cannot express it. She wants to rise above the difficulties of living as a dependent in someone else's home. Along the way, various characters like Shwetlana, Bucha, Rambachandadu, Gundada, Opa, and Alojethu enter the scene, intertwining with each other. Sour loves someone, and someone else loves Soura! Zulu also becomes involved in this. A complication arises. Then, comes the night of the 1983 Cricket World Cup final, and the story takes a completely different turn! The second part of the story shifts to the present, where finally, all injustices are resolved. From a painful darkness, the "Buttonhole" reaches the light of love. The story reveals that a person's true life is, in fact, the sum of many moments of love.
