Just as a banyan tree’s seed sprouts through the toughest layers of soil under favorable conditions, reaching out to the sunlight and the atmosphere, our Ichche Dana page was born in mid-April 2016—emerging on Facebook’s blue-and-white canvas through a delicate arrangement of scattered yet heartfelt words, overcoming numerous challenges along the way.

With the love and enthusiasm of countless literature-loving readers and a vibrant group of budding writers and poets, Ichche Dana gradually grew into a sacred space of artistic confluence.

Today, with nearly 150,000 followers and the unwavering support of hundreds of writers and poets, Ichche Dana has climbed the ladder of its dreams. In just two and a half years, it has found its grounding, infused with the fragrance of the earth.
