The advertisement for it told Bengalis, 'Beautiful paper, clear printing, amusing pictures, yet such a low price,' and so on. Amusing pictures! We haven't seen those! Who knows, maybe those who held that magazine in their hands as children had the colorful pictures etched in their memories. Otherwise, why would Abanindranath Tagore remember – 'For children, then, there was only the Puja Sulabh on two pages of yellowish paper, showing a pampered boy continuously blowing soap bubbles, the print of this picture was released.'"

It's interesting how memories and nostalgia can be so vividly tied to simple things like a childhood magazine.
