Subarna Basu Subarna Basu was born on August 9, 1984, in Shyambazar, North Kolkata. He completed his secondary education at Government Sponsored Multipurpose School for Boys, Taki House, and higher secondary from Hare School. He graduated in Zoology from Vidyasagar College and completed his postgraduate studies from the Presidency College, University of Calcutta. He began his career in journalism with Career Magazine and is currently associated with the editorial department of 'Anandamela' magazine. His first story 'Telephonic' was published in 'Unish Kuri' magazine. The detective Anamitro mystery series published in 'Unish Kuri' magazine has gained significant popularity among readers. He has also written numerous children's stories. His articles on religion, mythology, and deities are regularly published and well-received in various magazines and newspapers.
