Kabita Sangraha 6 by Joy Goswami [Hardcover]

This collection is formed by Joy Goswami’s nine recent poetry books along with some unpublished poems. Just a few months ago, in an interview, Joy Goswami mentioned that his lifelong effort to write poetry has been somewhat like "banging my head against a wall. I keep banging my head, and a hole appears in the wall. I don't know if fire or water will come out. Maybe, like a furnace, fire will emerge. A flood of water may rush out like a current. That's what it's like - banging my head against the wall. One could say it's such an effort."

This continuous effort, the miraculous burst of the unknown, has set each of the poetry books in this collection apart from one another. The language and form of the poetry have changed according to the variations in experience.
