Buddhadeb Guha is a busy Chartered Accountant in Eastern India, but he is also one of the most popular contemporary fiction writers. Buddhadeb Guha is married to the renowned Rabindra Sangeet singer Ritu Guha. He himself once learned Rabindra Sangeet and is very proficient in old Tappa songs. Several of his stories and novels have been adapted into TV shows and films.
